Obecure has chosen to operate through an outsourcing model, which enables the Company's small management team to cost-effectively orchestrate its entire clinical and preclinical development progress. By using this model, the company avoids the fixed costs associated with infrastructural setup and taps into the expertise of each of its contractors in manufacturing, analysis, clinical development and regulatory know-how. This enables Obecure to concentrate its resources on value creation as opposed to overhead expenses and mitigates the risk of development. |
