Obecure, a portfolio company of the Bio-Light Investment Group, has selected Rodman & Renshaw as its sole agent to lead a planned private placement offering in the United States. Rodman & Renshaw will have exclusivity for a period of several months to raise capital. The amount of funds raised and the valuation of the company will be determined at the time of the investment, if and when it takes place.

The two sides have further agreed that in the event of a successful private placement, following which the company will raise additional funds, either private or public, in the United States, it will give Rodman the right lead or co-lead such private and/or public offerings.
